By actually taking others feelings into consideration every day can be considered graciousness already. So, what is so difficult about being gracious? Especially in public, girls must be gracious, not once your mouth is open, strings of vulgarities come out. You don't want people to think that you are a ''Ah Lian'' right? It would definitely be a disgrace to your family and teachers. So do not disappoint them. Being gracious is also to respect people and should also be looking at the bright side of things. AND! When you are gracious, guys would love it! So be a gracious young lady! A poem of Gracious.
When the opinions of others differ from yours,
When being criticised,
When your weaknesses are being pointed out,
When the actions and words of others do not agree with what you are used to,
When your suggestions are voided,
When others make mistakes,
When being misunderstood,
When being envied,
When being neglected,
The graciousness of tolerance will untie the knots in your mind.
When the thought of gracious tolerance arises,
Everything seems to have never happened before.
It vaporises, within a second as though it had never existed.
Now about healthy lifestyle,
have you noticed those panda rings around your eyes? If you did, i could have guessed that you are NOT leading a healthy lifestyle! Though studies is very important, you should also have balanced sleep!!Develop healthy coping skills and you will be able to have enough sleep. Do not play your computer games in the afternoon and only do your homework only in the night! It's definitely unhealthy! Living a healthy lifestyle also means that we have to eat moderately and keep a balance diet, we have to eat fruits and vegetables besides our usual meals, exercise regularly in order to keep fit and also have to look at the bright side of things so that it will make us happy, being happy will lead to a healthy lifestyle, because some people eat a lot when when are upset or angry. We should be happy everyday!

We think that it is very important to be gracious if not nobody would want to be friend with you. Not only that we also must maintain a healthy lifestyle and not eat too much or eat too little etc. And most importantly we know that we must be HAPPY all the times as life is short so we should treasure it and not torture ourselves.
HOW CAN WE PRACTICE IT IN OUT DAILY LIFE?
We could eat balanced meals, exercise regularly and develop healthy coping skills. To be a gracious lady, we will speak eloquently and politely, treat our friends, people who are of higher rank then us with respect and consideration. Most importantly adopt a positive attitude towards life.

Freedom is,
when you can do what you like
Without ever hurting somebody
Freedom is,
when you are healthy,
Not trammelled in your bed
Freedom is, when you are in free charge of your time
And not dominated by a watch
Freedom is,
when you can say what you think
As long as it doesn't hurt somebody else
Freedom is,
when you can make a mistake
Without getting immediately punished for it
Freedom is,
when you can go get milk
Whenever you want some
Freedom is,
The one thing that we all want to have,
The one thing that none of us really has,
The one thing each of us defines different,
The one thing we will never have...
Freedom is...
a dream
Freedom. A lot of children, teenagers want to have freedom. They thinks that their parents are restricting them from the world. So they became rebellious. But if you are given freedom. Think of what you will do. It will be worst off right?
HOW CAN WE PRACTICE IT IN OUR DAILY LIFE?
We will not destroy public property as others have the freedom to use it. We understand that though we have the freedom of speech, we must not use it to hurt others...

Justice is the ideal, morally correct state of things and persons. For many, justice is overwhelmingly important: "Justice is the first virtue of social institutions, as truth is of systems of thought.
Some may picture justice as a virtue — a property of people, and only derivatively of their actions and the institutions they create — or as a property of
actions or
institutions, and only derivatively of the people who bring them about. The source of justice may be thought to be harmony, divine command, natural law, or human creation, or it may be thought to be subordinate to a more central ethical standard. The demands of justice are pressing in two areas,
distribution and
retribution.
Distributive justice may require equality, giving people what they deserve, maximising benefit to the worst off, protecting whatever comes about in the right way, or maximising total welfare.
Retributive justice may require backward-looking retaliation, or forward-looking use of punishment for the sake of its consequences. Ideals of justice must be put into practice by institutions, which raise their own questions of legitimacy, procedure, codification and interpretation.
Some quotes:
"In the halls of justice, the only justice is in the halls."
"Justice is the crowning glory of the virtues."
"Let justice be done, though the heavens fall."
Justice. When i was young, i thought that there is only justice in the court but now i realised that EVERYONE can be justice. There can be justice anywhere as long as there are human.
HOW CAN WE PRACTICE IN IN OUT DAILY LIFE?
We must have the moral courage to speak up when something is wrong, must be impartial even though at times when odds are against me, must treat every equally regardless of statues, race or religion and must not do something that will benefit us but hurt others.

What is integrity? The word integrity means
to have a firm adherence to a code of moral or artistic values: incorruptibility. It means to
be sound and to posses honesty. Integrity implies honesty and soundness. It also implies an adherence to godly values. Integrity is also one of the most important and oft-cited of virtue terms.
Here is a story about Integrity
A while back, there was a story about Reuben Gonzolas, who was in the final match of his first professional racquetball tournament. He was playing the perennial champion for his first shot at a victory on the pro circuit. At match point in the fifth and final game, Gonzolas made a super "kill shot" into the front corner to win the tournament. The referee called it good, and one of the linemen confirmed the shot was a winner.
But after a moment's hesitation, Gonzolas turned and declared that his shot had skipped into the wall, hitting the floor first. As a result, the serve went to his opponent, who went on to win the match.
Reuben Gonzolas walked off the court; everyone was stunned. The next issue of a leading racquetball magazine featured Gonzolas on its cover. The lead editorial searched and questioned for an explanation for the first ever occurrence on the professional racquetball circuit. Who could ever imagine it in any sport or endeavor? Here was a player with everything officially in his favor, with victory in his grasp, who disqualifies himself at match point and loses.
When asked why he did it, Gonzolas replied, "It was the only thing I could do to maintain my integrity."

I realised that integrity is very important. Though Gonzolas could have win the whole Match and become someone very important. He give all that thoughts up and said that he did not score the last goal which can totally make the whole team win. And he did not mind that his coach and team would give him a piece of their mind to him. He said that out. Just because of Integrity. i'm very stunned by this. And i believed that i will not do that if i am in that kind of situation. I really admired the courage and i believed that 1 day i will be able to do that too.
HOW CAN WE PRACTICE IT IN OUR DAILY LIFE?
We will be responsible for all our actions, will do what is correct even though no one is looking, will not steal or take things which are not ours and will attend school regularly and punctually.

What does the word "truth" mean? The word truth means
- Conformity to fact or actuality.
- A statement proven to be or accepted as true.
- Sincerity; integrity.
- Fidelity to an original or a standard.
- Reality; actuality
Now Jesus Christ is the truth, which means He is real and that He is the path to the Father. So if someone says that you must go through him or her in order to get to God is not telling you the truth. However, the impact on that person's statement will be just the same as if it were true if you believe it.
Are you honest with people on your job? Sometimes we are afraid of losing our jobs or being disciplined so we refrain from truth. These are just some of the things that we humans have to cope with as we live in a world of lies. This is also why we need wisdom to live in a world that is opposed to the truth and so that we would know how to respond to such situations. We need to stand for the truth. Put your confidence in God and know the trustworthiness of God so that you would have what it takes to stand for the truth. You can’t stand on your own two feet in regards to the truth because you need a power beyond yourself to energize you so to speak. You need to know that God is with you and behind you so that you would have boldness in what you do.Know the truth and speak the truth. Just the facts. Just the facts. What are the facts? The word of the Living God.

Here i learn to stand out for the truth. And moreover my school's vision is Women of Integrity. So we should always say the truth, and not lie. If we lie often, people will think we are not trustworthy, and will have little friends,We should always insist on saying the truth, even if we will get scolded, as the truth is always the best. Even if we lie. God will know.
HOW CAN WE PRACTICE IT IN OUR DAILY LIFE?
What ever happens i will speaks the truth though it may hurt myself. I will not cheat or copy. i will not lie. i will have the humility to admit my mistake when I am in the wrong.

STORY TIME!
When she looked ahead, Florence Chadwick saw nothing but a solid wall of fog. Her body was numb. She had been swimming for nearly sixteen hours.
Already she was the first woman to swim the English Channel in both directions. Now, at age 34, her goal was to become the first woman to swim from Catalina Island to the California coast.
On that Fourth of July morning in 1952, the sea was like an ice bath and the fog was so dense she could hardly see her support boats. Sharks cruised toward her lone figure, only to be driven away by rifle shots. Against the frigid grip of the sea, she struggled on - hour after hour - while millions watched on national television.
Alongside Florence in one of the boats, her mother and her trainer offered encouragement. They told her it wasn't much farther. But all she could see was fog. They urged her not to quit. She never had . . . until then. With only a half mile to go, she asked to be pulled out.
Still thawing her chilled body several hours later, she told a reporter, "Look, I'm not excusing myself, but if I could have seen land I might have made it." It was not fatigue or even the cold water that defeated her. It was the fog. She was unable to see her goal.
Two months later, she tried again. This time, despite the same dense fog, she swam with her faith intact and her goal clearly pictured in her mind. She knew that somewhere behind that fog was land and this time she made it! Florence Chadwick became the first woman to swim the Catalina Channel, eclipsing the men's record by two hours!

This true story really inspired us. A lot of people might think that women are just trash. But this lady here, Florence Chadwick does something which most of the men could not do. Though some things might sound impossible, you did not even try in the first place. If you had set a goal for yourself and you try your best, it can be done. Nothing is impossible. So try your best and maximize your potential to the fullest!
HOW CAN WE PRACTICE IT IN OUR DAILY LIFE?
We must set high goals and work hard to achieve them, motivate ourselves and make maximum use of our abilities, make learning a life long habit and give out very best to everthing we does

Fear means
to fear, be afraid, to stand in awe of, be awed, to reverence, honor, respect. To fear God doesn't necessarily mean or merely mean that we should be afraid of him in the same way that we might be afraid of a lion for example. After all, God created the universe and is sovereign. He does whatever He wants so we can see how we might be afraid of him in the sense of awe.To fear God also means that we revere him. This means that we hold him in the highest regard, worship him, and look up to Him. This is associated very much with the worship of the LORD and the reason for doing so.
Now I don't believe, as I said previously, that fearing God means that we should be afraid of Him. After all, why would you approach someone that you are afraid of? Also, I think it would be difficult to love someone that you are afraid of. So to fear God in this respect is more a recognition of His power and might and how you have no power over Him in any way imaginable. We have to recognize His love for us at this point else the power of God would be overwhelmingly intimidating to us. However, understanding His love for us will assure us that He is looking out for us and that we are indeed important to Him and need not be afraid of Him.

What does it mean to serve God? To serve God basically means to do work for Him or to do His work. We can be servants of God by providing a service for Him and on His behalf. This service could be absolutely anything and not limited to a particular form of religious ministry. We serve God by doing what He wants us to do.

Fear God doesn't mean literally scare of God. It means to respect Him. Believe Him. And listens to Him. I believed that those who don't do that will be punished in the end. God is never wrong. We must listen to out God. In good times and bad times He will help us. So we must respect, love and believe in him. No matter where you are, who you are, God will be there to help you. And will be looking at you every moment.
HOW CAN WE PRACTICE IT IN OUR DAILY LIFE?
We must love and respect God and not use his name in Vain. Respect the authority of people older then us. Believe that God will help those who help themselves. Uphold our school values and school rules as there are a lot of people looking at YOU everywhere. Including God.
